(hereinafter referred to as Victory Company) have found that some businesses are selling counterfeit products in the name of official JNJ mosaic brand on Taobao on-line sales platform without the authorization by our company and even promise to be able to provide relevant qualification certificates This behavior not only infringed the trademark rights of the brand of Victory Company, but also constituted the false and misleading advertising, which have seriously impaired consumers’ rights and interests and disrupted the market order.
