The architect returned to his hometown, Gulangyu Island, to repair a nearly century-old building, using the materials, techniques and methods at that time, so that the old house can restore the function of reconstruction and radiate vitality.
Built in 1930, the building is a blend of Western, South Asian and southern Fujian styles. The interior and exterior are stone. The top floor of the house, you can watch more than half of Gulangyu Island
